Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technician & Draftsperson to join our team. In this role, you will be integral to the development of residential projects, leveraging your expertise to produce detailed and accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using ArchiCAD software.
Prepare technical documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
Several years of experience as an Architectural Technician or Draftsperson, with a strong portfolio of residential projects.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD software is essential.
Solid understanding of architectural and construction terminology, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architectural Technology or a related field.
