Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join our Design team in a 6 Month Fixed Term position.
The right candidate will preferably be based at Summerset's Auckland or Wellington office.
As a Technician in our Construction Design team, you will help to provide detailed construction drawing packages that meet our business requirements to manage cost, tender and build contingencies.
Our Technicians are an integral part of our in-house Design team who manage our village projects in the construction phase, to create a thriving community for our residents.
Future opportunities may also exist to contribute to other design and documentation stages.
Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will possess the following: A relevant tertiary qualification Proven work experience including resource consents, NZBC and 3604 residential standards is preferred Ideally you will be proficient in navigating, learning and using Revit and other complimentary software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape etc.
