High level responsibilities Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop concept designs and create detailed architectural drawings for a range of commercial and residential developments. Participate across all design phases and be involved in shaping aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability of developments. Prepare drawings and specifications for projects using Revit Collaborate with team members, project managers and contractors to ensure project success Participate in client meetings and presentations Keep up-to-date with new technologies, design trends, and industry developments related to sustainability and cultural design About You You bring passion, not ego You have 3-5 yrs experience working in an architectural firm in New Zealand You are Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software You have an understanding of NZ building codes, local regulations, expert knowledge of building products, construction detailing and methodologies You have excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
