High level responsibilities Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop concept designs and create detailed architectural drawings for a range of commercial and residential developments.Participate across all design phases and be involved in shaping aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability of developments.Prepare drawings and specifications for projects using RevitCollaborate with team members, project managers and contractors to ensure project successParticipate in client meetings and presentationsKeep up-to-date with new technologies, design trends, and industry developments related to sustainability and cultural designAbout You You bring passion, not egoYou have 3-5 yrs experience working in an architectural firm in New ZealandYou are Proficient in Revit and other relevant design softwareYou have an understanding of NZ building codes, local regulations, expert knowledge of building products, construction detailing and methodologiesYou have excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.You are a critical thinker with a strong imagination for creative problem solving and confidence to execute decisionsYou are a great communicator and effective task managerYou have a strong work ethic with a willingness to adapt and grow as the business requireWhat we offer: Vibrant, collaborative culture with a strong sense of purposeFlex working, all team members provided with laptop and freedom to WFH as often as you likeStrong remuneration with discretionary bonusRelocation packagesInnovation and professional development focused#J-18808-Ljbffr
