Architectural Drafting (Design & Architecture)Contract/TempWe are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer / Technician for an 8-week contract position, with the potential for ongoing full-time employment.Competent with a wide range of refurbishment and remediation type projects.Strong technical focus, and deep understanding of the Building Act and application of the Building Code.Demonstrated experience with all phases of the design and construction stages including detailed design and on-site phases of projects.You will be expected to work with numerous stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants, resolving complex construction details and specifications, whilst maintaining quality standards and regular site visits. A high level of both written and oral communication skills are necessary.Comprehensive ArchiCAD experience which is a prerequisite for this role.Hold a relevant Architectural qualification such as a Diploma or degree from a recognised university.At least 4 years of post-graduate relevant work experience in New Zealand.Hold a full and valid New Zealand Driver's License due to site work.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as an Architectural Designer?Which of the following CAD software do you have experience with?What's your expected annual base salary?
