Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell the Oliveri range of design lead products to all areas of the Architectural, Specifier, Designer and Developer markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with architectural clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and grow the Oliveri specification rate to a market leading position. Develop an effective call cycle to deliver presentations and CPD's to promote the Oliveri brand. Proactively follow up specification through the developer market to tender phase and merchant sale. Drive the growth of the residential construction revenue pipeline through effective CRM management. Establish & maintain industry body relationships including attending various industry and networking events. Requirements: Proven experience in architectural sales. Degree within the Architectural / Building / Engineering fields advantageous. Strong understanding of architectural specifications and the built environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self motivated and able to work autonomously. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a bonus) Ability to travel as required within the state. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
