Below is a brief description of this vacancy This page outlines the vacancy and the key skills and responsibilities for the role.Aquatics Programmes Leader Reference: 6563288Part-time position (25hours)We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as the Aquatic Programmes Leader. You will increase awareness and usage of the Makino Aquatic Centre by creating, planning and delivering a variety of programmes, activities and events.This role calls for a highly motivated individual who can excel in both the planning and marketing areas of this role, and also be a passionate and energetic leader on the ground during events.We are seeking an individual who has:Proven experience in the planning and delivery of programmes, activities and events. Experience within an Aquatic environment is desired but not essentialExceptional communication skills and an ability to connect and engage with a wide range of demographicsProven experience with social media marketing and website managementA passion for communityTypically, the hours of work for this role will be between 1pm - 6pm weekdays, however a high level of flexibility with hours is essential due to the nature of this role. Your leadership, engagement and attendance at events and programmes is a requirement of this role.The Makino Aquatic Centre offers a supportive environment, where team work is a must.
