The Sacred Heart Aquatic Centre is looking for an Aquatics & Customer Service Coordinator to help with the smooth running of our facility.
As the Aquatics & Customer Service Coordinator, your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading and managing the aquatics & customer service teams.
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
Lifeguarding the pool.
Conducting pool testing.
Providing excellent customer service to the public.
Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to follow systems and procedures.
Being a confident swimmer.
Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week.
Availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends is required as we operate on a 7-day roster.
