The Opportunity: We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our dedicated team as the Aquatic Operations and Maintenance Leader. This role is perfect for someone passionate about maintaining high standards and ensuring our facilities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure optimal operation of the facility and plant.Maintain quality standards and oversee reactive maintenance.Implement and supervise asset management and preventative maintenance plans.What You'll Bring: Minimum of 3 years' experience with operations, equipment, and plant.Qualification in water treatment and familiarity with NZ Standard 5826:2010 for pool water quality control. Knowledge of poolside operations, but training can be provided to the right candidate.A commitment to high standards of customer care and creating exceptional customer experiences.Why Join Us? The salary range for this position is $62,500 - $84,500 (midpoint $73,500).
