Qualifications for Aquaculture Supervisor: Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture and Marine Biology. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aquaculture and fish farming. Proven experience in a supervisory or senior technician role. Strong knowledge of fish biology and health management. Excellent communication and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities for Aquaculture Supervisor: Monitor fish health and manage disease prevention and treatment. Maintain and operate aquaculture systems including tanks, pumps, and filtration systems.
