Culham Engineering are looking for an Apprentice Trainer to oversee the training for all apprentices.
The Apprentice Trainer will be responsible for coaching and assessing all apprentices within Culham Engineering and supporting them throughout their apprenticeship.
Responsibilities Include Developing an inspiring and motivated environment, with a 100% achievement rate for all apprentices.Work with Competenz to review, provide feedback on assessments, progress, and score assessments in a timely manner.Provide mentoring and guidance throughout a learner's apprenticeship to achieve their goals.Develop goal-oriented strategies to ensure transparent learning development and outcomes.Monitor and maintain progress records and submit reports to the Workshops Manager on a fortnightly basis.Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with all learners in all locations, Competenz, and with Workshop Management/supervision in the delivery of the apprenticeship.What will you bring to the role Level 4 Trade Certificate in Boilermaking/Fabrication and Welding.Workplace Assessor Unit Standard 4098 would be an advantage.Broad knowledge of the heavy structural fabrication industry.Highly developed communication skills both written and oral.Ability to mentor and guide students.Ability to deliver presentations, educate learners, and provide relevant training.Excellent time and people management skills.Ability to problem solve.Good attention to detail and accuracy.Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.Why us?
