Business growth is placing increased demands on the diverse range of heavy machinery that C3 Limited uses to handle products at the port. Our small Napier workshop is one of nine around the country that maintains and repairs heavy machinery used by C3 Limited in the port environment.
We have an apprenticeship on offer for someone who has previous experience in a mechanical environment or who has done some study towards becoming a mechanic.
The person we are looking for needs to be energetic, methodical, and keen to get their hands dirty – does that sound like you? You will also need to have an aptitude with machinery and be prepared to start at the bottom before you can work your way up.
Being an apprentice requires a commitment to three years of studying, attending classes, tutorials, and passing assessments in a structured environment where your progress is monitored by MITO, an external training provider.
