Job Description As our Apprentice Chef, you'll be essential in preparing, cooking, and presenting exceptional dishes for our landmark resort. You'll also monitor stock levels and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards. This role offers hands-on experience in various kitchen operations—including pastry, in-room dining, and our convention centre—while you learn from a dedicated team focused on your career growth.

Qualifications TAFE attendance is essential
