Product Management & Development (Information & Communication Technology) Full time We are looking for an Applications Specialist to play a pivotal role in the ongoing management of our applications.
You'll become the go-to person for everything applications.

This role is based at our support office, located within The Y Hostel in Auckland's CBD.

What will you be doing?
General application support Providing staff training Developing standard operating procedures UAT and release testing Development of reports Application implementations Needs analysis and requirements gathering What experience/skills do you need?
ITIL Certification would be advantageous Great attention to detail Great interpersonal communication skills, allowing you to converse with anyone from the Executive team through to Frontline non-technical staff Problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritise, plan and set objectives and goals and use time effectively User acceptance testing Change management PowerBI, Data analysis experience Project management experience would be advantageous Credibility and professional integrity What The Y offers: Free gym membership and discounts on The Y services e.g.
