Reporting to the Head of Digital Products. you will take responsibility for the management and maintenance of the existing system as well as the implementation of our future release roadmap. Based in our Newmarket Support Office we support a hybrid working model.

Kery responsibilities will include: Support of the core Dynamics 365 platform (FinOps)Be the Metlifecare and Microsoft technical contact person on an ongoing basis - engaging with Microsoft Global Support and the general online communitiesPerform administration system configuration and testing support during the implementationUpdate and maintain system and integration interfaces and support for any specialised resources required to complete these tasksAnalysing and testing release upgrades for new functionality and changes - these include minor and major upgradesAbout you As we continue our exciting period of growth you will be someone passionate and energetic hungry for growth in the industry.
