The Role We are looking for an Application Solutions Manager - IT to join our innovative Digital Team.
This is a newly created role for us and is pivotal in driving digital transformation, ensuring seamless application deployment, and upholding performance, security, and compliance standards. You will significantly contribute to Douglas' success in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
You will lead, coach, connect and celebrate with a team of eight across SAP, Business Analysts and Business Intelligence functions.
You will collaborate internally and externally on strategic planning and alignment to ensure our Digital Roadmap is defined, agreed and supports the business strategy. You will be key in the delivery of our Digital Roadmap and taking our business to the next level by looking at efficiencies and technical advancements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
You will be critical in stakeholder management, vendor relations, system support, incident management, and regulatory compliance to maintain operational efficiency, data integrity, and security while managing budgets within approved limits.
