We are seeking an experienced Appliance Service Engineer to join our medical team.
The Appliance Service Engineer performs installation, modification and maintenance on Dental Washers, bedpan washers and flusher sanitisers.
Duties include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, calibration, FAT and validation.
This role may also assist with the installation of new autoclaves, and other process equipment as required.
It would be beneficial if the successful applicant had knowledge of validation processes to meet the requirements of AS/NZS 4187:2014, however this is not mandatory.
Although based in Auckland, National travel will be required to meet company and customer needs.
To be considered for this position, you must address the following key criteria: The applicant must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of NZ to apply.Two (2) years minimum background working on appliances adopting water/detergent to ensure effective cleaning.Current Electrical Appliance Service Person certificate essential.Knowledge of process software with the ability to install/upgrade software as required.Ability to travel Nationally as required at short notice.Due to the nature of our services to the healthcare industry our customers insist all our staff comply with all government & MoH Covid vaccine mandates.
