In order to stay at the top of our game, we're looking for an Apparel Specialist (3IC) who can help provide the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life!
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Leading a small team of employees, you'll be part of a diverse and inclusive team with opportunities for personal growth and professional development. You'll partner with the Product Coach to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service.

Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

WHAT YOU BRING:

A passion for the Nike brand
1-2 years retail leadership experience and a desire to grow your leadership career
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound computer proficiency
A natural sense of urgency
