Are you able to drive and lead a sales culture within a team?If you answered yes to these, then we have a role for you.As Apparel Manager, you will be responsible for the apparel department, ensuring it is visually appealing and successful.Reporting into the Store Manager, in this role you will :Use visual merchandising techniques and associated guides to help make the department visually appealing to our customers.Encourage a sales culture within your team which includes clothing, footwear and accessories.Ensure merchandising standards are met and you will take a proactive role in creating and maintaining a safe working environment.Assisting and guiding customers with their apparel needsProvide support for the opening and closing of the store, on occasions as well as sole charge of the entire store as required.Lead, coach, recruit and motivate the team to success.We value each other and we consider team working to be an essential way of working.
