Who are we looking for? A champion for quality service and delivering excellence who can:
Develop and implement engaging training programs that keep our teams at the forefront of the industry.
Be a problem solver extraordinaire, tackling customer issues and managing complex technical escalations with ease.
Create and monitor SLAs and KPIs that elevate team performance.
Work across departments for seamless support service integrations.
Maintain and nurture connections with key customers providing tailored solutions.
Continuously improve processes for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage resources and vendor relationships for optimal operations and service.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management to influence decision-making.
Provide documentation for APL's window systems for council consent.
We need an NZ Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) who is not only technically savvy but also an exceptional leader. What you will bring:
Experience in façade engineering.
Sharp attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to develop strategies and drive continuous improvement.
A proactive mindset to stay ahead of industry trends.
