Specifically, we are growing our Sustainability practice to drive end-to-end sustainability solutions in real estate, from site selection to decommissioning. 
In this role, you will work directly with one of our high-profile clients, acting as an embedded extension of their in-house sustainability team. As a member of the JLL Sustainable Operations team, reporting to the Global Sustainable Operations Lead, you will own implementation of the sustainability program components across the APAC region where JLL operates client sites. This role requires program implementation leadership within a programmatic approach to delivery. 
This position is remote and requires periodic in-office presence in order to effectively align program delivery with client culture and expectations.
What this job involvesImplementing, through team members across the region, sustainability program components in direct collaboration with the client's sustainability teamRobust and executive-level communication, methodical deliver plans, and integration of feedback to remove roadblocks and leverage opportunitiesLeveraging client tools and applicable in-house JLL tools and processes for problem-solving, and identifying and securing alternative tools as needs ariseUnderstanding the implementation of sustainability across the life cycle of commercial real estate, including critical stakeholder roles, strategic decision-making, and how to leverage data tracking and monitoringManaging regional sustainable operations team focused on program execution in a manner that aligns with client culture, which requires agile and adaptive behaviorsKey responsibilities include: Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of all JLL sustainability program activities across the client real estate portfolio, including development of relevant tactical processes as needed to ensure program expectations and performance are met via delivery teamsMeet client sustainability goals and relevant key performance indicators and ensure processes for delivery are transparent, with ability to monitor, measure, and report statusWork closely with Global D&C and FM Projects Lead to ensure sustainability projects are scheduled, delivered, and managed as expectedProvide direction and guidance on ways to implement the sustainability program effectively and efficientlyWork closely with the Global Sustainable Operations Lead to steer cross-functional implementation opportunities that support attainment of sustainability objectives and targetsWork closely with the Performance Optimization Manager to adjust processes where data insights and trending indicate needed focus or calibrationWork with team to identify building level activities that contribute to client sustainability goals aside client rhythm of the businessEstablish strong working relationships with workstreams to deliver against KPI targetsFoster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating collaborative, solutions-oriented behaviorsEnsure success stories are tracked and communicated to ensure a high level of awareness and engagement is achieved with regard to program delivery and client's successDemonstrate innovative thinking and proactive management in bringing new ideas and solutions to the services delivery, and ensure they are socialized for collaborative agreement, then rolled out effectivelyDevelop and enhance systems and processes for delivering best practice sustainability performance and use of utility/sustainability management systems for monitoring and/or reporting purposesExecute team leadership by managing effective regional teams capable of delivery according to scope of work and schedulePlan and prioritize activities to meet roadmap and schedule expectationsSound like you?
