Supporting products & offers for a specific market, including delivering new offers, and implementation of major new offer development projects. Product Management at bp is booming and we are seeking a Product Manager that is responsible for the definition and development of a digital product, ensuring customer need, argument, strategic alignment, feature reuse and innovation are led throughout the Product Lifecycle of the CPO, e.g. the CPMS (Charge Point Management System), payments, and other components of the charge point operations. This role will support the Lead Product Manager to drive scale and new market entry and new product offerings. You will support the management of service outcomes with suppliers and tech/non-tech partners. The role: Reporting to the Global Head of CPO Product, you will work closely with business teams, leaders, science, and engineering teams as well as partner daily with DevOps squads. Owning and managing the CPO & eMSP product market roadmap and launch plan. Developing product market strategy in alignment with the global product strategy. Managing the release and compliance of our products, shaping the product strategy and vision. Ensuring effective cost and revenue management. You will bring: Inspirational leadership with a history of leading teams, influencing and creating a culture with Engineers and UX designers to solve core customer needs. Intellectual curiosity, demonstrating technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members. A solid understanding of Software Development and Software Operations along with the concept of DevOps, Design Thinking & LEAN Product Development. Solid grasp of software-as-a-service, web services and application design, adept at managing security incidents and prioritizing backlogs. Proven acumen as a previous owner of a subset of product features; making strategic product recommendations grounded in data and insights. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Passion for sustainability and a commitment to advancing the adoption of electric vehicles. Essential Education: Business, Economics, STEM degree, MBA or equivalent experience and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development, especially in emerging technologies and market trends related to the EV industry.
