We create unique experiences in every channel, just as unique as you are.ResponsibilitiesManage key national accounts (Rodney Wayne, Retailers, & Wholesalers) within the Professional Products Division, partnering with the Market Director to achieve budget targets.Lead sales calls, monitor account trends and competitor activity, and collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure excellent service and coordinated account activities.Develop and execute profitable promotional programs with Australian counterparts, including ROI analysis.Manage store coverage strategically, build strong internal/external relationships, and maintain regular contact with customer teams.Oversee new listings, conduct presentations, and execute in-store promotional campaigns.Ensure efficient complaint resolution, assist with sales meetings, conduct quarterly business reviews, and participate in weekly sales planning.About YouProven experience in Key Account Management and Sales Coordination.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain key relationships.Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Business Objects.Working knowledge of Aztec Temple.Excellent planning and time management skills.Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.Understanding of the professional beauty industry and salon business is highly desirable.Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
