About the Role:We're looking for an ANZ Account Executive to join our founding sales team based in Auckland, New Zealand, and help shape our early sales strategy in the region. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities across New Zealand and Australia. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding Go-To-Market (GTM) team of a world-class startup, with massive scope to grow both in ANZ and North America. A dedicated travel budget will allow you to spend time on the ground in New Zealand and Australia, building relationships and driving success in key markets.

We're Looking for Individuals Who Are:Natural problem-solvers.Excellent communicators, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Organized, detail-oriented, and excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously.Adaptable to changing customer needs and a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused, always prioritizing client satisfaction and product adoption.Essential Skills:Adaptable and Quick Learner: You thrive in fast-paced environments, embracing the mindset to move fast, fail faster, and learn the fastest from every experience.Effective Communicator: You're comfortable having hard conversations, knowing that open and honest dialogue leads to the best ideas and outcomes.Ambition-Driven: You set bold goals and pursue them with unrelenting ambition, pushing boundaries to achieve outstanding results.Expertise and Confidence: You take pride in being exceptional at what you do, consistently delivering high-quality work that speaks for itself.Domain Expert: Proficiency with CRM systems or SaaS GTM tools with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Experience in one or more of the following areas:SaaS or tech product sales (3+ years); orProcurement or supply chain consulting expertise (3+ years); orGeneral sales experience (5+ years).Essential Responsibilities:Proactive hunting & pursuing fresh business opportunities, running discovery calls to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs and challenges.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within ANZ procurement teams, serving as the primary point of contact.Own and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new logos.Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial contracts with legal, finance, and strategy through execution.Build and manage a robust and reliable pipeline and help define best practices that will be the foundation for the ANZ sales team.Utilize market research and industry knowledge to stay informed about trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.Analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and continuously iterate and optimize the sales process.Provide regular reporting and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections to the leadership team.Represent Cotiss at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to establish and strengthen brand presence.Career Progression:At Cotiss, your growth is our priority.
