Analyst Workforce Planning at Ara Poutama Aotearoa (Department of Corrections), Wellington (Te Whanganui a Tara)Nga kawenga | About the role We have the opportunity for a person with analytical skills to join the National Workforce Planning team, based in Wellington. Reporting to the Principal Adviser, your role as an Analyst will be to support prison sites by responding to their workforce planning needs and providing ongoing enhancements to site rosters.
Every custodial site is unique; therefore, while our processes remain the same, the data set changes. This is where your advanced Excel skills and attention to detail are required. Along with those skills, you will be a quick learner, with the ability to pick up new systems and processes while working amongst a supportive and uplifting team.
Mo te tema | About the Team We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us. As part of the team, you will support our frontline Custodial Services group with the maintenance and development of site roster patterns within funded levels, including the accurate entry of patterns into the Department's workforce management roster technology - Kronos.
