Reporting to the Senior Manager Risk Governance and as part of the larger Enterprise and Operational Risk team, you will provide support in the daily operations of the Risk Governance team, the CRO Office, and the wider Risk team to ensure that the function operates efficiently and effectively, meeting critical internal and regulatory deadlines.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Be the go-to person for administrative support within the team, including managing the inbox, maintaining and updating the Risk Governance SharePoint, network drives, and workplan.
Support the Risk Governance managers to facilitate smooth and successful Risk Committee meetings through tracking, managing, and facilitating the review and publication of high-quality risk papers, as well as liaising with catering and IT support.
Ensure a close connection between Risk Governance and the wider risk team to enable high-quality reporting, including working with and supporting the Risk Insights team.
Build a professional and friendly rapport with a wide range of senior contributors to the Risk Committee meetings.

Experience desirable in financial services, law and/or the banking industry.
University level qualification in Business, Management or Law OR 5+ years in business with a strong focus on governance and writing for executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and verbal formats to senior management and executives.
Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Ability to display business acumen and strategic thinking.
