We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst to join our dynamic Investment Banking team at a leading Private Capital firm. In this pivotal role, you will support the successful execution of client transactions while contributing to the operational efficiency of our business. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence, ensuring we deliver exceptional service and drive profitable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the completion of a diverse range of transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.Provide critical support to Directors and Senior Associates in financial analysis and operational tasks.Participate in operational activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency across various market services.Conduct financial record analysis, prepare spreadsheet models, and manage client documentation.Support marketing efforts, assist with due diligence for prospective issuers and investees, and contribute to market reports and analysis.Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and maintain adherence to internal policies and procedures.Handle administrative tasks to aid the smooth functioning of the team.Key Requirements: A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, coupled with a sound understanding of accounting and cash flow management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.Preferred Qualifications: Tertiary education or relevant experience in Commerce, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.A professional attitude with a high level of discretion and respect for client confidentiality.To apply: Must hold a valid visa and be in New Zealand!
