We are looking for an experienced Analyst/ Kaitatari reporting to the Manager, Relationship Support Data. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a new challenge and who thrives in a collaborative environment. Our team analyses, summarises and packages data from a variety of diverse sources to provide our colleagues and stakeholders with the data and analysis they need to make robust and informed decisions.
He angitutanga: What will you be doing? You will be working across the TEC's customer facing and internal teams, making this a critical role in providing key business information. Your role will involve:
Responding to data queries from internal and external stakeholders. Drawing on your analytical skills to translate data into accessible Plain English. Supporting TEC's funding and investment planning processes. Working across the business, building your networks, collaborating, and working as a supportive team member. Using your judgment and analytical skills to identify when something does not look quite right and may need more investigation. He korero mou: What will you bring to the role? A minimum two years' experience as an Analyst/Advisor comfortable working with and analysing data, preferably within the Public Sector. An inquisitive mindset and passion for customer engagement. Your advanced Excel skills and proficiency in using the Microsoft suite of tools is essential for the role. Experience with SQL and Power BI is highly desirable. A proven ability to work with and combine multiple data sets. An ability to form and maintain successful working relationships within and across teams. Proven experience working in a high-pressure, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
