With continued asset growth across New Zealand and further ambitious goals for the year ahead comes the need to add an Analyst/Associate to their established team in Auckland.RoleThis position will assist the overall portfolio management of existing property assets, along with future assets currently under development.
The position has full exposure across all facets of the business working within a flat collective structure.
Working directly with key-decision makers you'll work in a highly autonomous environment allowing significant growth across transaction origination, underwriting, portfolio performance and strategic decision-making.Key responsibilities:Support the asset management and property portfolio functions, working across the broader businessUndertake financial analysis and assessments, contributing to investment and performance strategiesAssist in managing time-critical deliverables providing direct assistance to the senior leaders across New ZealandCollaborate with stakeholders to drive portfolio performance and ensure the delivery of key asset objectives.RequirementsThis position requires a proactive, solutions-focused high performer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
