Vacancy No: Vacancy No: ROT02935 Permanent - Part time or Full Time An exciting opportunity has become available to work as an Anaesthetic Technician/ODP and join our passionate and multi-disciplinary team at Operating Theatre Suite in Rotorua/Taupo Hospitals.
Mo te turanga / About the role Primary responsibility is to check and maintain all anaesthetic equipment; prepare, set up and assist/support the Anaesthetist to ensure safe patient care throughout their operation.
Full or part time permanent role available or fixed term
Hours of work: shift work Monday to Sunday, with on-call work You should have

Current NZ practicing certificate with Medical Council of New Zealand for Anaesthetic technician or qualified ODP applying for NZ registration
NZ full driver's license or working towards this You would be NZ Qualified Anaesthetic Technician with the Medical Council of New Zealand
Or qualified ODP applying for NZ registration
Previous experience in Anaesthetic Technician role Awhe utu / Salary range
$70,842.00 - $100,446.00 (step 1 -7 Apex collective) pro-rated to hours worked.
