Registered Nurse with Anaesthetic Assistant Qualification and Practicing Certificate
Part-Time to Full-Time, 64 to 80 hours per fortnight, Hours Negotiable
(Mon - Fri, Rostered Shifts) (+ on call)

We are looking for an Anaesthetic Technician/Registered Nurse Anaesthetic Assistant with experience to join our Theatre team at Timaru Hospital.
As part of our Operating Theatre service, you will be working with a supportive and friendly team. You will be assisting in multiple peri-operative scenarios, maintaining and practicing the highest level of patient care.
Ideally, you will have:
A current Medical Science Council (MSC) approved Registered Anaesthetic Technician practising certificate
Registered Nurse with Anaesthetic Assistant Qualification
A minimum of one to two years of relevant technical experience
Knowledge of the relevant legislation and standards which govern healthcare practice in New Zealand
Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
