Job Description Job Title: Anaesthetic ManagerLocation: ChristchurchHours: Permanent, Full timeSalary: $100,000-135,000 NZD per annumRecruiter: Carejobz RecruitmentWe seek an Anaesthetic Manager to join our client's Theatre leadership team in this newly created, full-time position covering both AM and PM shifts. This exciting new position reflects our client's commitment to growing and supporting our teams, assisting them on their leadership pathway—now and into the future. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Theatre Services Manager, Associate Theatre Manager, Theatre Coordinators and SSD Manager to help us provide first-class healthcare to our client's patients and clients. Skills and experience You must be a Registered healthcare professional (AT/RNAA) with a current practising certificate from the Medical Sciences Council. You must have at least five years of recent experience as an AT/RNAA in the perioperative environment and two years specifically within a leadership role. Have experience leading leaders - this role includes leading our Anaesthetic Team Leader and other members of our anaesthetic team. Have a proven track record of initiating and facilitating change management projects. Flexible, adaptive, and willing to learn and work with our client's excellent perioperative teams. Be eligible to work in New Zealand.
