Amazon Connect Engineer

We are seeking a talented Amazon Connect Engineer to contribute to the development and implementation of contact center solutions for our clients. You will be part of a team focused on building and deploying robust contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and other AWS services.Responsibilities:Technical Implementation: Develop, test, and deploy components of contact center solutions under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.AWS Utilization: Leverage knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, API Gateway, Pinpoint, etc.) to support contact center solution development.Amazon Connect Proficiency: Gain proficiency in Amazon Connect features, including contact flows, agent desktops, and routing.CDK Familiarity: Learn and utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes.Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Learning and Development: Continuously expand knowledge of Amazon Connect, AWS services, and contact center technologies.Qualifications:Basic understanding of cloud computing and contact center concepts.Exposure to AWS services and architecture.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Good communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).Experience with performance and load testing of Managed services.
