About us Shade Elements is a NZ owned and operated manufacturer of interior and exterior shade solutions. Our range of products includes retractable awnings, Ziptrak screens, roller blinds, venetian blinds, shutters and more. We are a high-end wholesale business that custom manufacture products according to customers specifications. About the role You'll help to create our Indoor and Outdoor products using various equipment accurately and efficiently, ready to be sent out to our customers. The role is based at our Penrose facility, 40 hours per week, 6am-3.00pm Monday to Thursday 6:00am - 12:00pm Friday Key tasks Manufacturing (Fabrication, Assembly and Packing)Cutting Aluminum Extrusion Keeping to the production schedule to ensure that we're meeting customer demandSafely operating manufacturing machinery such as hand tools, saws and assembly machinery.What you will bring to the job  Previous assembling or light manufacturing experience preferredExperience using drills, saws and general building toolsAble to safely do light to heavy lifting.Proven reliability and willingness to learn.Accuracy and attention to detail.If this sounds like you, please don't hesitate to apply today.
