The small friendly monitoring team at Everlert is dedicated to providing top-notch service to ensure the safety of homes and businesses and give our clients peace of mind.
What You'll Do:  As an Alarm Monitoring/Answer Service operator, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to customer safety.
Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring that all alarms, events and customer calls are handled promptly and professionally.Monitoring alarm activity from our clients sites.Responding to incoming alarm signals with precision and urgency.Liaising with clients, technical staff, contractors and security guards and emergency services Providing excellent customer service, calming distressed callers, and addressing their concerns.Maintaining accurate records of all alarm events and customer interactions.Shift work to ensure 24/7 coverage.Full training will be provided as required.What We're Looking For:  To excel in this role, you will have: Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, especially in high-pressure situations.Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to think on your feet and make quick, informed decisions.Good Computer Skills:  Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and data entry.Team Player: A willingness to work collaboratively in a small, tight-knit team.Adaptability: The flexibility to work rostered shifts, including, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Training Provided: While experience in alarm monitoring is a plus, we will provide training to equip you with the skills needed for success.Applicants must be 18 years or older and have no criminal convictions which would prevent them from obtaining a Certificate of Approval (COA) to work in the security industry under the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act 2010.
