Agribusiness Manager Location: Gore, Southland Type: Full time, Permanent position Mo te turanga | About the Role Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a varied portfolio of Agribusiness customers. Working closely with your credit analysts and product partners, you will develop and deliver the best strategy and financial solutions using innovation and insight to truly add value and become a trusted advisor. You will develop new and existing relationships with key customers, provide expert lending advice and financial solutions, drive efficiencies and create deeper client coverage and engagement. You will have a passion for the agribusiness industry, be tertiary qualified with either an Agribusiness or Business discipline and have relevant banking/lending, business or farming experience. In addition, you will have: Experience within the banking/financial services industry preferred Comprehensive understanding of business/commercial and farm management practices Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness or Finance History of delighting customers in a service capacity Ability to recognise areas of opportunity, to adapt and innovate and to drive productivity. Agribusiness lending experience and credit risk knowledge will be advantageous.
