Agribusiness Area Manager, CanterburyPermanent, Full timeCanterbury regionMo te Turanga | About the RoleReporting to the Head of Relationships Agribusiness, you will manage a cohort of Agribusiness Relationship Managers across the Canterbury region and be instrumental in developing and embedding a strong team culture. You will manage workflow and capacity whilst building capability, both technical and soft skills, ensuring you role model change whilst ensuring activities and behaviours are at the required level.As the face of Westpac Agribusiness and Westpac in the Canterbury geographic regions of responsibility, you will work closely with the Head of Relationships on strategies and leading the execution of these.
