This role is responsible for building and maintaining critical Agri relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand ANZ's presence particularly.Ka aha to ra e kite ai? - What will your day look likeThe Relationship Manager is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:Establishing and growing profitable relationships with a portfolio of Agri Business customers.Developing and demonstrating knowledge of your customer's business needs and supporting proactive solutions to meet their current and future needs and business objectives.Actively promoting value add materials, workshops, and specialists (internal and external) to customers.Committing to the development and growth of a customer portfolio whilst maintaining effective relationships with many existing long term clients.Enhancing ANZ Business' profile in the marketplace through networking and demonstrating our point of difference.Working collaboratively with various teams within Business and across the wider bank to support your customers' growth and ongoing success.Providing excellent customer service to develop strong relationships and networks.Ou Pukenga? - What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Proven experience in relationship management and delivery and provision of customer focused solutions.Previous experience within banking / financial and/or agricultural industry in a similar capacity would be beneficial.Confident networking skills to enhance customer relationships, and maximise and grow portfolios.Analytical and proficient in evaluating financial accounts, budget and cash-flow.Proactive and able to act decisively on information on hand.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
