As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Numat's marketing strategy and initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.
This is a full-time position based in Oamaru, North Otago.What you'll be doingDeveloping and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels to promote Numat's products and servicesManaging the companies digital marketing presence, including website, social media, and email marketingConducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trendsCollaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generationOverseeing the creation of marketing content, including brochures, advertisements, and other collateralMonitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities to continuously improve and optimiseManaging the marketing budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective useWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial or agricultural sectorStrong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, social media, and email marketingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and dataProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable resultsProficient in using marketing analytics tools to track and report on campaign performanceAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredWhat we offerAt Numat, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
