We're seeking an experienced Agile Coach to mentor and work with teams across various value streams. Your primary focus will be on fostering continuous improvement, coaching teams to enhance their Agile practices, and promoting a culture of learning and adaptability. You'll guide the organisation on its continuous journey to a more lean and adaptive way of working, helping to shorten feedback loops, boost quality, and increase efficiency by eliminating waste.
What you'll do: Coach multiple teams with the goal to develop teams' agile capabilities, ensuring they work more effectively together and foster long-term progress.Facilitate workshops, team sessions, and one-on-one coaching to build high-performance teams.Implement Agile, Kanban, Lean UX, and other frameworks to enhance product delivery.Use visual management tools, such as Kanban boards and user story maps, to help teams track progress and outcomes.Partner with leadership to promote an Agile mindset and remove blockers that impede teams.Guide teams through continuous improvement initiatives, fostering creativity and adaptability.Mentor delivery leads on backlog prioritisation, visual management, and customer feedback integration.About you: 2-3 years of practical experience in at least two of the following: Agile, DevOps, Kanban, Human-Centered Design, Lean UX, Lean Start-up, or Design Thinking.Able to deliver training and coaching in both individual and team settings.Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive outcomes through team collaboration.Passionate about sharing knowledge and improving ways of working.Experience guiding teams in Agile practices and helping them become self-managing.Adept at simplifying complex environments and promoting a continuous improvement culture.Join a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation where you'll have the opportunity to drive meaningful change.
