Actionstep Engineering consists of squads of cross-discipline software engineers, analysts, and product experts who work collaboratively to enhance Actionstep software for our customers.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Coach to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The primary goal of this role is to enable self-sufficiency and enhance agile maturity within three existing cross-functional teams. As an Agile Coach, you will work closely with these teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.What You Will Do: Agile Transformation: Guide and support the teams in adopting and implementing agile practices and principles. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to enhance their agile skills and knowledge. Facilitation: Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement effective solutions. Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to build agile capabilities within the teams. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on agile metrics to measure progress and identify areas for further development. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for agile initiatives. RequirementsWhat you need to know and what will make you successful!Essential: Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable: Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster). Experience in scaling agile practices across multiple teams.
