What this opportunity involves: We are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to assist with the smooth running of the Capital Markets team in New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, you will be the first point of contact for everything relating to the smooth running of the New Zealand Capital Markets business.
A snapshot of the role: Provide general administrative support for the Head of Capital Market, and wider team where appropriate, including:Diary managementLook after monthly AMEX and expense claimsArrange flights and accommodation through the corporate travel companyManage the end-to-end real estate transactions to ensure all Agency paperwork is to JLL and legislative requirements, including:Draw up Agency contractsManage deal paperwork processCoordinate real estate depositsAssist with meeting JLL's AML/CFT requirements, including client verification and entering customer detailsAttend the wider Agency Support team meetings and training sessions, and report on any updates, e.g., compliance, finance, new processesSupporting the brokers to ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered within the agreed timeframe and to a high standardMaintaining the internal database with up-to-date and accurate information, including client information, property listings and upcoming vacanciesProvide cover for other Agency Business Support Administrators during periods of leave.
What we are looking for: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Nitro Pro
Knowledge of social media platforms, online marketing tools and marketing campaign development and implementation processes
Experience with the production of marketing collateral and platforms
Understand and prioritise requirements and time constraints from a team of commissioned brokers
Ability to quickly learn new systems and/or follow new processes
Be able to generate clear and concise written communication
Have a strong attention to detail
