Agency Account Director

They have a strong and vibrant culture, working out of stunning offices in Grey Lynn.This role is one of two senior roles within the client service team, reporting to the Client Service Director.
You'll be leading a portfolio of client work, having the autonomy to solve problems and implement solutions, managing finances and mentoring juniors in the team.Responsibilities:Lead a portfolio of client work.Problem-solve and implement solutions autonomously.Manage finances and timelines.Mentor junior team members.Minimum Requirements:Experience from an agency environment.The maturity and experience to think on your feet, find clarity, solving problems as you go.High productivity and extensive experience managing WIPs, timelines and budgets.A love of creative, ideas and copy.A strategic mindset.A collaborative approach and a strong work ethic, contributing to a strong team culture.This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a superb team.
The model is 4 days/week on full salary (Monday – Thursday) with bonus potential.
