Hours of work: Permanent Full Time - 40 hours per week
About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager to support the operations of the business. Radius Heatherlea is approximately a 55-bed facility that provides rest home, private hospital, respite, dementia and palliative care. The purpose of this position is to lead the facility in all aspects including clinical safety, operations, relationship management, and people management. We are looking for someone that is driven to succeed, is able to make a quick change and puts the resident at the center of what they do.
