About The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Shift Manager to take the lead in our Salad House operations.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving performance, mentoring your team, and delivering production excellence.
You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring we meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards in quality, health and safety, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:Production Leadership: Ensure production schedules are met on-time delivery (DIFOTIS).
Drive efficiency, resource optimisation, and adherence to planned production volumes.Team Development: Lead and mentor Team Leaders, creating a supportive and engaged workforce.
Provide onboarding, training, and performance reviews to cultivate a culture of growth and accountability.Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and achieve "Right First Time" outcomes.
Use tools like 5 Why analysis to solve recurring issues.Health & Safety: Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all GMP and HACCP standards.
