This exciting opportunity:Our previous After Sales Administrator has been proudly promoted, opening up this exciting opportunity!Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind making our operations smoother, ensuring workshop efficiency, boosting profits, and contributing to ensuring our customers an excellent service. Oversee all administrative tasks within the service departmentOversees the dealership warranty process and after sales service efficiently by responding to enquiries promptlyWorks closely with the management team to enhance workshop productivity, ensuring efficient and effective work executionActively monitor reports to ensure workshop KPI's are consistently being metProvides high level customer service, ensuring all enquires are followed up and customers are kept well informed on a consistent basisActs as backup support to assists other departments within the branch with administrations tasks as neededTo embrace our company culture with a positive attitude to assist with promoting a happy workplace About you: You have previous experience in a similar role and strong administrative skillsYour understanding of workshop operations will be advantageousYour attention to detail is excellent, you are organised and can efficiently complete tasksYou're passionate about customer service and you have a great work ethicYou can adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a teamYou are Proficient in Office 365 and computer systemsYou have a valid driver's licence
