Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind making our operations smoother, ensuring workshop efficiency, boosting profits, and contributing to ensuring our customers an excellent service.
Oversee all administrative tasks within the service department Oversees the dealership warranty process and after sales service efficiently by responding to enquiries promptly Works closely with the management team to enhance workshop productivity, ensuring efficient and effective work execution Actively monitor reports to ensure workshop KPI's are consistently being met Provides high level customer service, ensuring all enquires are followed up and customers are kept well informed on a consistent basis Acts as backup support to assists other departments within the branch with administrations tasks as needed To embrace our company culture with a positive attitude to assist with promoting a happy workplace About you: You have previous experience in a similar role and strong administrative skills Your understanding of workshop operations will be advantageous Your attention to detail is excellent, you are organised and can efficiently complete tasks You're passionate about customer service and you have a great work ethic You can adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team You are Proficient in Office 365 and computer systems You have a valid driver's licence Family is key to us!
