Our Enliven Service is a leading provider of home and community support for older people and those with disabilities or recovering from injury. Our Resource team schedules our support workers to client visits.
Based in Epsom, in the future will be moving to Penrose, this permanent part-time role will see you providing afterhours support to meet the changing needs of our clients and staff. Our afterhours team operates 7 days a week, and we're currently looking to fill the Saturday 6.30am - 3pm option, with other days available if there is absence in the team.

We'd love to hear from you if you are warm and engaging who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment. In addition you will be / have:
Auckland based and willing to work in an office environment
Call Centre/Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
Customer focused superstars with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Highly computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry experience required
Previous scheduling/rostering experience would be an advantage

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure, therefore a level of personal resilience is needed. Above all, you will be patient, friendly, and have a genuine desire to help others.
