Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate and timely resolutions in a professional and courteous manner.Assist customers with product information, enquiries, and technical support, demonstrating a strong understanding of our systems and services.Monitor systems overnight to ensure smooth operation and address any technical issues that may arise promptly.Use a variety of software applications to maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold service level agreements.
Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Flexibility to work the after-hours shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as rostered.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
Benefits: Competitive wage of $25 per hour.Shifts are to join our overnight/afterhours team.
