You will report to a Campaign Lead and your role will include:Leading the advocacy, bargaining and coordination of all aspects of collective agreementsLeading pay equity claimsDeveloping bargaining plans prior to bargaining that build member's collective power, membership and activismBriefing negotiation teams and member leadership groups involved in advocacy workProviding oversight of the implementation of agreements and lead processes (such as working groups) that take place between negotiation roundsEstablishing and maintaining great working relationships with stakeholder groupsSkills and experience- You can demonstrate strong strategic analysis and planning skills- Understanding organising and campaigning unions- Knowledge, experiences and understanding of collective agreements- Bargaining or negotiation experience with strong verbal and written communication skillsNZEI Te Riu Roa is committed to honouring and giving effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
